Since January 2014, I have been changing my eating habits to the Trim Healthy Mama lifestyle. My body has embraced it- from healthier looking skin and hair, to the shedding of inches and pounds. And tons of energy to boot. There are tons of great THM recipes out there, but will only add them here if I tried them and they were a hit with the family (or at least me!).
- This is the first of my favorites- a low carb, protein filled Chocolate Covered Cherry Shake. If you have any doubts, just make it and drink up! I love it with whipped cream on top. And so do my little Bees!
- In light of our recent apple picking excursion, I am going to use our freshly picked apples to make this Low Carb Caramel Apple Coffee Cake. Will let you know how it tastes!
